2025 Malaysia AGMY Expo--- Collect and understand end-user needs

CITYMAX Group participated in a three-day exhibition in Malaysia from September 11th to 13th. We are committed to bringing high-quality amino acids, fulvic acid, alginic acid, humic acid and other biostimulant products to more agricultural markets. Participating in this exhibition aimed to develop brand distributors in Southeast Asia and to gather and understand the needs of end users. This not only helped CITYMAX Group focus more on product development with practical user experiences, but also provided insights into how to deepen existing distributor relationships, effectively and rapidly develop new distributors, and consolidate and expand CITYMAX Group's brand influence.

 

Ⅰ.Industry Exchange and Collaboration

 

During our visits to 30 local and international exhibitors, we identified potential collaboration opportunities. For example, we established partnerships with local suppliers to optimize the supply chain and reduce procurement costs. We also explored joint promotion and resource sharing with international exhibitors to jointly develop the market. These exchanges and collaborations will provide strong support for our long-term development in the Malaysian market.

Ⅱ.Deepening Understanding of the End-User Market

 

This exhibition allowed us to understand that the Malaysian market is primarily dominated by end-user growers. It also deepened CITYMAX Group's understanding of their needs, which is of great significance to the Group. End-user growers are particularly concerned with product practicality, cost-effectiveness, and after-sales service. By understanding the specifics of this market, CITYMAX Group will adjust its product positioning and marketing strategies in the future, developing products that better meet the needs of end-user growers. The newly commissioned greenhouse test base is designed to test product performance and compile real-world crop growth data, allowing customers to clearly understand the effects and yield increases of CITYMAX Group's products, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ⅲ.Deepening Understanding of Brand Agent Partnerships

This exhibition also made us realize that brand agents represent local end-user growers. A brand's local influence primarily relies on end-user feedback and mutual recommendations. Therefore, in building CITYMAX Group's brand, the Group will strive to cultivate a brand image that is close to growers and focused on agricultural development, enhancing brand affinity and recognition in the local market. In terms of marketing, the Group will develop personalized promotional plans tailored to growers' information access channels and consumption habits to improve marketing effectiveness.
